Single Storey Extension £850 - £3,000 Includes site survey, concept design, scaled drawings, planning application submission, building regulation drawings and two revision’s
Two Storey Extension £1,000 - £3,500 More complex - may require additional elevation and section drawings
Garden room / Garage £850 - £2,000 Includes site survey, concept design, scaled drawings and two revision’s
Porch £650 - £1,250 Smaller scope, lower price point
New Build House £3,500 - £9,000 Full planning drawings, site layout, and full building regulation drawings
Additional services
Product Price Range Notes
3D Visualisation £150 - £350 Helps to visualise the final design. Mainly for new build projects or large scale house renovations
Fast Track Turnaround + 20% Delivery in 3-5 days, subject to availability
Additional Revisions £50hr Per alteration above the one included in the plans package
Design and access statement On Request Sometimes needed for larger projects
Requested surveys by Planning On Request These can be arranged as per required by planning (bat surveys, tree surveys, flood risk surveys etc)
Notes for Clients
All quotes are bespoke and based on project scope, location and complexity
Site visits outside the 15 mile radius may incur travel costs
VAT not included unless specified. A 20% VAT charge will be added to the final invoice
Cost of Structural engineer, building control and planning application fee not included in packages
Payment terms:
o A 50% deposit is required to begin work
o The second instalment is due upon completion of final drawings and before planning-ready documents are delivered
o The final instalment is due upon completion of the building regulation drawings and before the documents are delivered
